All bets and transactions placed through your account while it is accessed using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether you authorised them.
1xbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

1xbt charges zero withdrawal fees. The full amount you request will be credited to your nominated payment method. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 1xbt's control and are your responsibility.

1xbt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xbt account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1xbt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 1xbt will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1xbt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the 1xbt platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.
1xbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

1xbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
